On his first day in Appellate Court Mr. Weinstein comes out swinging as he submits to the court new evidence that may prove his innocence. Along with multiple newspapers showing that it was indeed cold outside on the nights in question Weinstein also brought forth some undeniable evidence. Mistletoe that was hung above all of the plaintiffs during all of their interactions with Weinstein. It is uncertain that the court will accept the age old mistletoe plea. The Jury has yet to reach unanimous decision. This is unmapped territory as religious freedom laws may uphold the Christmas Mistletoe Bylaws. The trial will return after Holidays to continue deliberation.
