After racing King Charles to the palace yelling, “last one’s a rotten egg,” Joe Biden proceeded to grab the crown and flip it on to his head. Aggressively putting King Charles into headlock while giving him a noogie, Biden then slapped the King on the butt saying, “I’m just razzing you!”
A flustered King Charles was then met with an abnormally moist wet willy that went on for a very uncomfortable 3 minutes. Only after the King said uncle did he stop. The royal family was appalled by this egregious disregard for protocol. Considering banning the president from returning.
